  1. We all have the ability and the capability to violate the criminal
    law
  2. Law enforcement agencies can only reduce crime

    anyone from violating it

  1. Law enforcement agencies and the criminal justice system
    personnel cannot fight all crime by themselves and cannot
    prevent all crime from happening
  2. Sometimes, when experts suspect and believe that someone is
    likely to break the criminal law, they cannot precisely tell the
    time, the location, and how he will do so
  3. Even psychologists cannot help with the prevention of all crime
  4. Even when the system provides stiff penalties and the ultimate
    sentence for those who commit serious crimes, people continue
    to break the law
  5. Newspapers, TV, and radios continuously report crime and their
    consequences, yet crime keeps on happening and people
    continue to be victims of it
  6. Some who come out of jail find their way right back in for
    violating the criminal law again
  7. Despite arrests, prosecutions, convictions, and sentences, the
    criminal law is being broken every single day
  8. Law enforcement officers and personnel are on the streets and
    make their presence known, but that does not stop some
    individuals from breaking the law
  9. Day-by-day some individuals are scanning through new ways of
    breaking the law
  10. Unless somebody can control someone else’s ideas, thoughts,
    emotions, capabilities, and abilities to act and react, there is
    little we can do to prematurely prevent crime from being
    committed

                              How We Can Help
  1. Practice individual discipline, act responsibly,  and do
    everything with justice
  2. Law enforcement agencies need everyone's help to combating
    crime
  3. We all need to not behave criminally, and act accordingly
  4. While the criminal justice system is doing all it can to protect
    and serve us, we also need to help it by  not violating the
    criminal law ourselves
  5. We all need to think about what we want to do before we do it
    and avoid doing what can lead to the violation of the criminal law
  6. Report crime and  suspicious persons and activities to law
    enforcement
  7. Become involved with your local law enforcement agencies in
    combating crime
  8. Help stop crime before it happens, always be on alert, and
    contact and follow our local law enforcement agencies guideline
    on how to deal with crime
  9. One of the best ways to help with the prevention of crime is for
    every single one of us not to violate the criminal law ourselves. -

Some rules, although they might seem like common
ignored because of a lack of knowledge or bad habits.

  • Cut your liabilities as low as possible.
  • Manage your money in a way to bring you
    more.
  • Use your money and assets in a way to create
    more assets.
  • Do not sell when you suppose to buy.
  • Do not buy when you suppose to sell.
  • Understand the difference between good  
    and bad debts.
  • Avoid and eliminate deficit.
  • Do not try to be personal, always seek
    advice from those who have more
    experience than you do,  basically those
    you can trust.
  • Do not get yourself to approach debt
  • Now is the time to get out of debt, to
    succeed  financially,  and to manage your
    money accordingly.
  • In my experience, knowledge, and
    understanding, success is never effortless.
  • Failure is a temporary defeat that needs to be
    replaced with new and improved ideas and a
    definite plan of action for success.
  • Before anyone can succeed in life, you are
    sure to meet with some temporary defeats
    and some kind of failure.
  • You have to have goals, priorities, dreams,
    principles, and a definite plan of action if you
    wish to succeed.
  • If you want to succeed, the last thing you
    want to do is quit. If you are not a quitter,
    you cannot fail, you can learn and rise from
    any circumstances of life and that is usually
    the most memorable, lasting, and sweetest
    piece of success. Almost everything in life
    requires some sort of effort to accomplish.
  • Money without brains can be a dangerous
    crutch which can hinder you from reaching
    true success and happiness.
