| A Crime-Free Nation What is morally right may differ drastically from what is considered lawful. By Roldimy Montinar Crime. It is being committed these days around the world. We are all capable of violating the criminal law in one way or another. Crime is a violation of the criminal law. Even when there is a system in place to prosecute and punish those who violate the criminal law, it does not stop certain individuals to commit unlawful acts. Even when the system provides stiff penalties and ultimate sentences for those who commit serious crime, people continue to break the criminal law. Experts have been studying crime and their offenders for years. Law enforcement personnel deal with crime offenders day-by-day and even psychologists cannot help with the prevention of all crime. An expert can study and interrogate a crime offender right now, but may not precisely be able to tell if that person will break the criminal law again years later considering. Circumstances that are to happen years later can be substantiated that no one may be able to tell exactly how, when, and where it will happen. As the author says: One of the best ways to help with the prevention of crime is for every single one of us not to violate the criminal law ourselves. -Roldimy Montinar Copyright ©2010 www.succeedcenter.com All Rights Reserved. |
